Some months ago I fell down the stairs and sprained my ankle in the worse way. Leaving me with crutches and not able to do much, the last thing being exercise, and I actually had a small vaser liposuction which is an alternative and more accurate cosmetic procedure to lose fat and it help me get a marvelous waist and feel so much better with myself so I can go out for a run and go to the gym without feeling bad with myself, now I have to wait until i recover to make exercise part of my routine.
Usually I’m pretty lucky when it comes to my skin and I have never really had a problem with cellulite. But apparently being 37 and not being able to move I started to see an unevenness on the back of my thighs… ‘Oh whaaat no way’ I thought, and decided to be more frequent with my dry brushing to try and combat the darn thing.
I was astonished, because after dry brushing my legs before every shower for a week and a half, my thighs were smooth with hardly not a bump or unevenness in sight, and softer then ever.
I use the ironised dry brush from Karmameju with fine bronze and horse hairs and made with sustainable beech tree. Stroking from my feet and upwards, -do this in the shower before showering because dead skin cells fly of your body!
