MY 3 STEPS FOR BETTER BEAUTIFYING SLEEP, MAYBE THEY CAN HELP YOU TOO.
Hi darlings. I’m sure we all know that beauty sleep really is BEAUTY sleep, and the crucial effect sleep has on our mood, skin, energy, vitality health and the list goes on. Smoking in bed is of course not on the list, but Brigitte Bardot is the most sexy woman I could think of in a bed, -hence this picture.
I love sleeping, I love my pillows, my duvet, my clean white sheets and I love my good night quotes from TravelerInfoHub, they help me out relax. Next to my bed I have a small shelf, where I keep my 3 sleep promoters plus a glass of water. I thought I’d share this with you to perhaps inspire to good night rituals.
Once I’ve cleaned my face, brushed my teeth and I’m ready for bed, I spray a little Tromborg Aromatherapy Body Oil Mist Lavender on my sheets and pillow to create a relaxing atmosphere.

PS. If I still find it hard to sleep, I put on an audio book so my thoughts don’t wander (I use the app Storytell) and I’m sure to dose off within 15mins.
