YOGA FOR SUPER BUSY SINGLE MUMS (AND EVERY ONE ELSE OF COURSE).
Being a full time makeup artist, part time blogger, and full time mum (put single mum for years in front of that) it was kinda impossible to go to a yoga class before or after work, as days on a photo shoot are often long and I had to pick up the little one straight after. Another hurdle was getting the yoga studio’s schedule to fit mine. But I found a perfect solution to the problem!- And now passing it on hoping it can help you too.
But firstly, I know you know this isn’t a fitness or health blog. But working with skin on a daily basis I can see if a model or person is a yogi. It reflects on the skin often showing with a radiant glow, small pores and on older women fine lines rather than deep wrinkles.
Alright, my yoga miracle is an yoga app called Yoga Studio ,-modern lotus, it’s so cheap that anyone can get it and rated no.one in the app store, so I started training using this app, and also using supplements, that I find online, this makes sense to go online and find the right supplements for this. Perhaps not very spiritual, but I light my own incense and voila, -much better! What I find so great about these lessons is that you can chose to do 10mins. (that’s the yoga pick up) 15mins. 30mins. and 60mins. at different levels and with different focus such as strength, flexibility and balance or a mix of these. I love it!
