If you, like me, tend to get annoying grown-up pimples…, try changing your pillowcase more often e.g. twice a week. It might be full of dirt and grime! As we sleep we shed a lot of dead skin cells, not to mention the drooling, sweating and greasy hair- eek! A bonus tip is to use a pillowcase made of silk, as it reduces friction and therefore is more gentle on your hair and skin and may postpone fine lines and wrinkles. Sweet dreams!
