BIKRAM YOGA FOR MY SKIN

I’m really not as up tight as I look here.- My nose is smaller too..- Selfies aren’t always easy! Anyways to the point: After a Bikram lesson I just slap on my favorite moisturizer A-Derma Exomega and curl my  lashes like I did in this picture and I feel comfortable showing my face.

I’ve been a yoga fan for years. I first started practicing Astanga yoga in 2003 and since then I have gone to different Yoga schools and practicing different yoga forms on and off. Then I tried Bikram, you probably know already but Bikram is a Hata yoga form you practice in a room always heated to 40c. Oh dear Lord…- I have never been sweating as much at I do in these classes. A 90 minutes workout in 40c and my (little) clothes is soaked as if I wore it to the shower. It’s tough, it makes me dizzy and sometimes nauseaus  too, but I like it and one of the great benefits is that Bikram makes my skin glow and look super healthy if I might say so myself. This radiance lasts for at least a day or two after a Bikram class. So really, all the hard work pays of.
